Event Supervisors can assist you in a much larger capacity by taking on the responsibility of the overall event including the direction of other service staff, food service and bar tending.  Pumpkin Supervisors can take your place so that you may enjoy your function completely and without worry.

Pumpkin Bartenders are all SMART SERVE certified and experienced in mixing and serving alcohol.  Our Bartenders will arrive on site to set-up your bar and beverage service area and serve to your guests throughout your event and clean the bar area at the end of the festivities.   

Assisting you with a variety of duties, our service staff will help you with everything from set-up, food and buffet presentation, clearing throughout your event and clean-up at the end of the event.  Our servers are there so you may enjoy your event without the worry!

Preparing food for a large dinner party, decorating and even beverage service can be a time consuming and hectic task for any party host.  If you only require help with your preparations, Pumpkin Event Preparation Staff will help you get ready for your big party.

This service is a great deal more involved.  Not only to you get a fully qualified and experienced Event Planner, this also includes 2 meetings prior to your big day to help you create a schedule and to go over all of your deliveries, payments and vendor activities.  Essentially, an Event Planner will become your point of contact between you and all of your vendors reliveing you to simply enjoy your day and your guests.
